Job Description


The aim of the Sales Team is to deliver the Fieldbox solution to these organisations. The Sales Representative has for objectives to find, qualify and pursue and close new business opportunities. Each of our partners are different and are seeking to enhance their very own industrial operations through the use of software, AI and deep learning. The role of the Sales Representative is to see these distinctions as opportunities for creative thinking and tailors their approach, rather than relying on past strategies. Thanks to their deep knowledge of the solution and its applicability to complex business and industrial challenges, Sales Representatives nurture existing relationships and works hard to build new ones.
You will be a key member of the very first Fieldbox Sales Team! Therefore, we value curiosity, self-starter mindset, results oriented spirit, goodwill and tenacity.

On a daily basis, your missions are:

  • In coordination with Fieldbox leadership, develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing the company’s presence in designated industrial verticals,
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities, working closely with Fieldbox counterparts to determine goals and targets,
  • Exceed stated sales quota by winning enterprise contracts,
  • To fully understand and clearly articulate the benefits of to customers at all levels, examples include; End-users, IT Staff, Managers and C-level Executives,
  • Contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our office in Singapore.

Preferred Experience


You like challenges and adventure and are looking for an experience in a dynamic start-up working in an innovative and demanding industrial context. You are autonomous and flexible, enjoy learning as much as doing, and know how to communicate your ideas.
We are looking for talents with the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-time corporate sales, consulting experience (software and service sales is a plus),
  • Master’s degree or equivalent,
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.

We also are looking for the following attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to compellingly articulate Fieldbox’s product offering to audiences with varying levels of technical skill and seniority,
  • Ability to understand potential customers’ requirements and how Fieldbox’s software can address them,
  • Tenacity, able to evolve in a challenging environment and to take a step back when necessary,
  • Demonstrated sales and account management skills and a love of getting things done, no matter the circumstances,
  • Experience building and managing relationships, and collaborating with internal partners and external counterparts,
  • Ability to travel,
  • Singapore citizenship / permanent resident.

  • Exposure to industrial engineering and/or industrial data,
  • Exposure to B2B software sales.
