Job Description

We are expanding our team and looking for a versatile, curious individual eager to take on a variety of challenges, including software development, configuration, customer support, and project management.

Your missions in details : 

For our in-house Data Entry product, you work closely with the project manager and engineering teams to setup, configure and test the application for our clients in the energy sector.

  • Setup and configure the Data Entry application for the particular needs of our clients,

  • Prepare and deliver training on the Data Entry application internally or to our clients,

  • Analyze and process clients requests,

  • Formulate the question that needs an answer,

  • Identify new features needed in the product and present them to the Software engineering team

Customer support , you’ll be in charge of : 

  • Handling incoming client requests and effectively escalating and monitoring them

  • Identifying recurring or critical issues customers may encounter and liaising with the appropriate team or individual based on the area of concern (Software, DevOps, Data,...)

  • Developing, compiling, and sharing Run reports (support, incident, health, etc.) with customers

  • Tracking Customer Satisfaction KPIs and propose actions for KPIs improvement,

Preferred Experience

You like challenges and are looking for an experience in a dynamic company working in an innovative and demanding industrial context. You enjoy learning as much as doing, and desire to learn about data projects : 

What's mandatory  : 

  • Knowledge in programming (python) and data (SQL), ability to collect evidence and diagnose technical issues (execution logs, debug traces, …) ,  or strong desire to learn it

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills (in both French & English) and the ability to interact with people at all levels.

  • Highly organized, and can prioritize tasks efficiently in a goal-oriented manner while remaining flexible

  • Understands Software Development Life Cycle.

  • Inherent curiosity and a rapid learning ability in both business and technical competencies (Customer Success Management, SoftwareEngineering, DevOps, Data,...)

what's appreciated : 

  • previous experience with Jira Service Management or ServiceNow
